Travelling With Your Dog
The holiday season is here once again and many of us spend our holidays by heading away from home. You’ve already planned everything in advance – you’ve fixed your schedule and excused the kids from school. The only thing left to take care of is your four-legged friend.
Although you have the option to recruit a pet sitter or check him in into the kennels, these things are quite expensive and you may end up not having a good time on your vacation since you’re constantly thinking of your dog.
If ever you decide to take your dog on your travels, below are some tips to make your trip a safe and enjoyable one:
-
Keeping your dog safe is always at the top of your priority list. Make sure that before you take your dog on long trips you’ve tried a few short distances in order to teach him to ride safely in cars. Your dog must be placed in the backseat lying down.
-
Before leaving town, it is necessary to check first with your vet to ensure that your dog is up-to-date on his shots.
-
If you’re travelling to unfamiliar places, it is important to keep your dog leashed at all times because if he runs off, it will be very difficult to find him again.
-
Don’t forget to pack the essential things your dog needs to ensure that he’s comfortable all throughout the trip. Bring plenty of water, food, treats/toys, dog bed or dog crate, and poop bags.
-
Try to coordinate your travel breaks and utilise your rest stops by not only taking your dog to the bathroom but also to walk him around even just for a while to release some of his stored energy.
-
It is also best to play fetch/walk/run/swim with your dog or do any other physical activities to tire him out and prevent him misbehaving in the car.

My weird dream….2nd part please help interpretation!?
after the wreck my family and i were walking on a wooden path and all of a sudden these brown a tan dogs(like chocolate and vinilla)came out of the jungle thing and started growling behind me but were being nice 2 me and licking me and then the rest dissappeared and went ahead except for the brown dog and i had it on a leash were walking and i caught up with the family then i noticed that i have to take the dog back and the area was blocked off by a fence. so i turned to take him back and i told my family and the dog growled in that same direction but i took it back anyway and when we got to the part where i could let him go i gave him a hug and turned to walk back then i was slammed to the ground by a dark figure and my dream was over. weird huh?think you can interpret what all this means?
Thanks!!
I think the dogs represent someone who wants to make it seem as though they are willing to help you (they were nice to you) but they do not have good intentions (they growled when you were not looking and the dark figure knocked you down). Something in your life, a person, or situation, or time (the fence) will cause these deceitful people to not be able to stay with you, which is a good thing, but you have to be careful and just let them go or otherwise you will fall into another trap (the dark figure knocking you over). Just my interpretation
Good luck!
