Does anyone know what movie this was?

A bunch of years ago when i was about 6-7 my mom and dad bought this off beat horror movie form some shady store. i dont know what it was called but ive been trying to find it because it scared the bagezzeres out of me at that age.

basically their was this kid who made like art with dead flies…i dont remember how or where this fly killer get it but somehow he gets this chemical that somehow mutates the flies into humongous people sized flies (like the fly with vincet price kinda). and these flies are agry and they rip himarms of (for some reason) and at the end he has to wear hooks where his hands where…it was wierd.

lol and then theres another movie on the same DVD where a lady puts her dog in the microwave to dry it and it explodes. :[
