Many people that can “talk” to dogs say that dogs “talk” in pictures.

Your dog knows you love her. Sit with her. Get close to her and pet her. Close your eyes and picture in your mind you and her having the best day ever. Of the two of you having fun when she felt good and was healthy. Picture in your mind when her tail was wagging, with a big doggie smile on her face and you hugging her.

Give her treats. Give her kisses. Give talk to her and tell her you love her. You can do it with words, with your actions and with the pictures in your mind. She knows it.

I’m sorry she’s sick and I’m sorry you are losing her.

My heart goes out to you. She’ll be waiting for you at the bridge.
