Do they make shock collars/invisable fencing for small dogs?

like for a dog about lbs. she is a daschund. i know with the shock waves you turn the zap way down because they are so small. But like the little shocker box thing on the collar is too big for my dog. so do they make a smaller version?
People the reason i want a shock collar is nto to zap her when she doesn’t sit or something. i would give her a really low little zap when she runs away. I think shockign her is better than finding her drivin over by a car in the middle or the road.

I can nto get a regualr fence becasue my neighborhood doesn’t allow it!
I have has shock collars for my dogs in the past. But those dogs were all big breeders. (labs etc.)
