Real Estate Agents Find That Personalized Doormats Are An Ideal Way To Close The Deal

In a recent survey conducted by REALTOR Magazine, 80 percent of the Realtors who responded said they offer closing gifts to their clients. HELP, my neighbor’s dog keeps going potty on my apt doorstep & they just leave it!!!?
So… my apartment is quite a luxury apartment with the indoor hallways & such. I love what I am paying for, except for my stinkin neighbor who keeps letting her dog leave a trail of piss down the hallway (in front of my door bc I happen to be on the way to the parking garage), a puddle of piss in front of my door, & tonight, I came home to a pile of wet poop on my doormat!!! (my doormat is going out with the next garbage collection)
I know who it is because one time i saw her dog poop in front of my door & she started walking off til she noticed me turn the corner, so she picked it up. I’m so annoyed. I have complained to the management but all they can do is send a generic reminder letter to all residents to remember to pick up after pets. Apparently that hasn’t helped. I have a dog too & it’s not THAT much effort picking up after him.
WHAT TO DOOOOOO, GOSH!!!!!!!!! I’m so ANNOYED!!!!! It’s pretty sad when you have to be cautious stepping out of your own home.
Pick it up, and place it on her doorstep with out the bag.

But seriously speaking, I have no idea if management isn’t going to do anything..
Animal control more then likely cant do anything either..
