I have something on my eye ball?

I have something on my eye ball. I can’t even open my eye longer than 2 seconds because it feels like burning. I can see the tiny thing on the eyeball but it never moves. I thought i had a dog allergy because it started when i was with a small dog in the car. Today i woke up and I have like light sensitive red eye. I put my contact on and it feels little better because the contact is on top of that thing and it makes it easier to blink. Does anyone know what that is or had same issues? Please help….im too scared to go out because it gets watering and have to shut my eyes.
