Dog Coat small
Does anyone know of an antidote for Afrin, when ingested by a small dog?
My Jack Russell got a bottle of Afrin(nasal spray) and chewed on it until the cap came off. The bottle was almost empty, but from what I’ve read it’s very lethal. He threw up about 6 times. I gave him a raw egg and milk mixed to coat his stomach. Right now he’s seem fine and he’s not thrown up since I gave him the mixture.
If you haven’t already taken the dog to a vet or emergency hospital, you’re not a very good dog owner, nor are you much of a person, for that matter. Your dog deserves better than that. If you haven’t done so, and your dog isn’t already dead, please get it to an emergency vet ASAP.
